We are currently looking to hire a full time Partner Up Program Manager. The PartnerUP Program Manager is responsible for the overall management of SYSPRO’s Channel program called PartnerUP. This role will work cross functionally with key stakeholders and owners of associated programs and initiatives that make up the PartnerUP Program: Margins & Incentives, Deal Registration, Lead Distribution, Partner Marketing, Partner Enablement & Experience, Partner Operations, and Finance. This role will be responsible for ongoing communication and awareness on the benefits and requirements of PartnerUP to partners as well as Internal stakeholders.

This role will have a strong voice in the execution of the PartnerUP program strategy and vision across all partner program platforms (PRM, Margins/Incentives/Rewards/Deal Registration/Lead Distribution) as well as ensure all program KPI’s are measured and reported to both internal stakeholders and external partners participating in the program.

 

The PartnerUp Program Manager position is responsible for but not limited to:

  • Initiates, plans, and coordinates PartnerUp program and evaluation procedures to ensure program effectiveness and compliance
  • Works with the Strategic Partner Manager to provide progress reporting on Strategic partners in terms of partner program benefit’s and requirements
  • Participates in establishing project plans and initiatives to meet PartnerUp program goals and objectives; implements work projects, processes, procedures and policies required to achieve overall program performance results
  • Coordinates and integrates PartnerUp program resources (SYSPRO & CRM) to achieve optimal efficiency and effectiveness; participates in developing and monitoring performance against annual program bands
  • Responsible for fiscal control of program, including Initial License Fee Earnings, Type of Partner changes, and contract financial management
  • Participates in program audits and may act as a liaison for the PartnerUP program
  • Reports program goals, objectives and outcomes as required to the Vice President of Partner Growth & Acquisition
  • Conceive new program ideas or identify program updates utilizing key financial, program and partner metrics and eliciting feedback from internal and partner constituents globally to evolve SYSPRO’s PartnerUp program
  • Socialize and execute program updates with appropriate messaging for channel sales and channel marketing to communicate to partners in timely fashion
  • Conduct ongoing reviews for Partner Acquisitions to ensure current & new programs are performing optimally and properly aligned to partner segments

 

Qualification/Minimum Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in similar relevant field or must have minimum amount of experience with references and or achievements to prove the capability.
  • 3 years of channel and partner program management experience and or channel development experience for business to business channel environments 

 

Skills Required: 

  • Proficient in all aspects of managing a global channel partner program including strategy, P&L, partner program automation applications: PRM, CRM
  • Hands-on, self-directed professional who plans, prepares and executes professionally
  • Ability to work effectively across selling teams
  • High energy, enthusiasm and initiative
  • Experience and understanding of local and regional channel market
  • Experience and successful track record working with managers and executives at high levels within the organization
  • Must have excellent attention to detail, a commitment to quality and be results driven and customer focused
  • Proven ability to gain account loyalty and customer retention
  • Full knowledge of MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Full knowledge of CRM tools
  • Knowledge of software alignment with customer’s strategic objectives

Travel Requirements:

  • Some travel may be required
