We are currently looking to hire a full time Inside Sales Manager. The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for the line management of the Inside Sales Representatives L3 team and the L3 strategy development and execution needed to meet the revenue growth goals.  The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the inside sales team according to existing policies and procedures as well as working with management and project teams to create/enhance new sales processes. The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for coaching and supporting the inside sales team to meet and/or exceed the sales goals of SYSPRO. This role is responsible for maintaining high standards of professionalism, efficiency, personal communication, discretion, and independent judgment while consistently working with internal and external contacts, information and issues.

 

The Inside Sales Manager position is responsible for but not limited to:

  • Manages, coaches and trains the assigned inside sales team
  • Manages team to all the predetermined performance metrics and continuously develops efficiencies for the team
  • Ensures that the inside sales team has all tools, leads, collateral and workflow available to them at all times in order to be successful and meet/exceed their goals
  • Works with Marketing, Product Management and the Strategic Sales lead to deliver campaigns and programs to ensure constant lead development
  • Ensures ongoing education and upskilling of the Inside Sales team
  • Build an open-communication environment for your team
  • Manage pipeline opportunities and execute on sales deliverables
  • Sets and track sales targets for the team
  • Coordinates department projects to meet deadlines
  • Reports on sales metrics and suggest improvements
  • Clearly communicate progress of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales to internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with inside sales team to identify and grow opportunities
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales
  • Develop a strong knowledge of the SYSPRO product line and provide expert recommendations to customers
  • Help develop new business with existing customers and identify opportunities to enhance and build the relationship

Qualification/Minimum Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related or similar relevant field or must have minimum amount of experience with references and or achievements to prove the capability.
  • Minimum of 5 years of related sales experience with software solutions, products and services
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales leadership with demonstrated success leading inside sales teams
  • 2 years’ industry experience

  • Ability to quickly read and understand the needs of customers and team members and adapt your own behavior to best serve them
  • Should have a high level of familiarity with sales strategies to attract and retain customers
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quarterly, annual targets
  • Ability to plan, organize, and problem solve
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Superior people skills; team-oriented, fast learner and very personable
  • Proven ability to gain account loyalty and customer retention
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively with multi-functional and diverse backgrounds
  • Excellent analytical skills to evaluate existing customers and make recommendations to drive profitability and gain market share
  • Full knowledge of MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Full knowledge of CRM tools
  • Knowledge of software alignment with customer’s strategic objectives

Travel Requirements:

  • Minimum of one- week per month will be required
