Job Summary
Human Resource Generalist assists the Human Resources Manager with decisions directly related to human capital by performing the following duties:
Job Description
Implements human resource programs by providing services related to recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, employee on-boarding, completing personnel transactions, training & development, records management, employee relations, engagement and retention. As a primary focus, the generalist will conduct recruitment efforts for all personnel and assist management to determine strategies for hiring quality personnel for specific area's within the company and creating and managing the on- boarding process including orientation, job descriptions, organizing and tracking training schedules by company title and frequently comparing company compensation plans to the current market plans. Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills Required
To perform this job successfully, the individual must have experience with recruiting talent and extensive knowledge of recruiting through LinkedIn and/or other employment-related search engines. Basic skills require the individual to be computer literate and have basic knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Education & Experience
Bachelors degree or 3-5 years human resource experience with HR certifications. General knowledge of HR laws, practices and policies required.
