Job Summary

The CRM Technical Consultant is responsible for meeting with new clients and reviewing their business processes, documenting the scope and requirements of the customer, re-engineering the client’s processes to improve efficiency, and performing many of the functional tasks required for a successful CRM implementation.

Job Description

A primary focus of our CRM Department is towards clients in the manufacturing space that are integrating MS CRM to SYSPRO’s award winning ERP software. The CRM Implementation Consultant is to assist with the development and roll out of all of the CRM offerings from SYSPRO.
 
Primary responsibilities include: 
 
• Meet with prospects and existing customers to understand and document their business processes and requirements
• Analyze the requirements and provide detailed Fit/Gap reports and solution design recommendations
• Craft the MS Dynamics CRM solution for the client and conduct proof of concept sessions in the model environment
• Conduct in person and web based end user and administrator training sessions
• Create estimates for project life-cycle: from Joint Application Design through Go-Live
• Work with resellers and 3rd party vendors to provide complete solutions to clients
• Develop analytical and insightful recommendations to meet deliverable targets, and complete project tasks within budget and to customer satisfaction
• Installation, setup and configuration of MS CRM in hosted and multi-tier on premise environments
• Data migration from external systems into MS CRM
• Conduct solution testing and assist with user acceptance testing
• Manage the project tasks and budget
• Assist with Sales and Presales proposals and product demos
• Maintain and upgrade the Sales and Development environments
• Participate as the technical expert in proposal development and installation environments
• Deliver presentations to all levels of management

Skills Required

To perform this job successfully, an individual should be computer literate and have basic knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point. Computer skills that are specific to include but not limited to hands-on experience in designing, configuring or administering CRM, MS Dynamics CRM: SDK, SQL report writing, Outlook client, email router/server-side sync, installation, configuration and customizations. In addition MS SQL Server and SSRS reporting services experience, working knowledge of IIS, Outlook configuration, Active Directory, Share Point, Office 365 administration and Dynamics CRM certification is desired.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or 3-5 years overall MS Dynamics CRM experience as a CRM consultant in a customer facing role. Prior experience necessary in manufacturing environments utilizing ERP software; SYSPRO software and prior ERP and CRM integration experience preferred.
