SYSPRO is currently looking to hire a full time System Analyst/Implementer. The role of the System Analyst/Implementer is to provide support of application, software, and architecture development, system test, and production environments.

The System Analyst/Implementer position is responsible for but not limited to:

• Conduct site audits for existing sites, recording the results and recommendations for the site in formal documentation
• Facilitate business process re-engineering sessions with their area of expertise
• Participate in Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions and the implementation of new sites
• Provide consulting, report writing, and on -site support training services to customers as required
• Establish and document detailed business and process requirements, map/design/model business solutions, perform tailoring to business solutions
• Knowledgeable in targeted disciplines of business and the SYSPRO product

Qualifications/Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or 5-10 years of experience working with ERP solutions implementations
• MS-SQL
• In- depth knowledge and experience with writing tools
• Business knowledge in the areas of accounting, distribution, and/or manufacturing operations
• Written/Oral Communication
• Problem Solving
• Customer Service

Travel Requirements:

• Traveling is required 50-80% of time, otherwise this job operates out of SYSPRO USA and in a professional office environment
