SYSPRO is currently looking to hire a Full Time Pre-Sales Engineer to join our company that is located in Costa Mesa, CA. The role of the Pre-Sales Engineer is that of a sales partner in the client relationship to help identify interested customers, to demonstrate SYSPRO’s products/services, and close new/existing customers. This individual should be a highly motivated, self-starter able to clearly demonstrate and communicate product demos to customers and team member by performing the following duties:

The Per-Sales Engineer position is responsible for but not limited to:

  • Maintain a deep understanding of SYSPRO products and services and how they fit into target markets
  • Conduct discovery calls to qualify prospect with the sales team and present demos
  • Pre-present prep including data import, solution testing and script building or rehearsing
  • Clearly articulate features and differentiate solutions product offerings to audiences ranging from C-level to operational stakeholders to convince the spectators about SYSPRO ERP solutions
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and build close relationships

Qualifications/Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or 2-5 years of sales demonstration experience. Working/selling ERP software is a huge PLUS
  • Expert at public speaking and demonstrations
  • Previous sales experience
  • Written/Oral Communication
  • Problem Solving
  • Customer Service

Travel Requirements:

  • Travel is required when necessary.
