We are currently looking to hire a Full Time ERP Implementer to join our company. The role of the ERP Implementer is to provide implementation services to new and existing SYSPRO customers by performing the following duties:

The ERP Implementer position is responsible for but not limited to:

• Be part of the implementation team and participate in Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions and the implementation of new sites
• Provide consulting services to new and existing clients
• Conduct report writing and on-site support
• Document detailed business and process requirements, map/design/model business solution
• Assist with Go-Live-Cut-Over and support
• Provide on-site training services to customers

Qualification/Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of experience working with ERP solution implementations
• Excellent customer service
• Previous ERP experience or knowledge
• Business knowledge in Accounting, Distribution, or Manufacturing operations (Plus)
• MS-SQL experience or knowledge
• Problem Solving
• Customer Service

Travel Requirements:

• Traveling is required 50-80% of the time.
