SYSPRO CRM is a major component of our company’s growth, and we are expanding our team to include additional implementation consultants. A primary focus of our CRM Departments is towards clients in the manufacturing space that are integrating CRM for SYSPRO and Dynamics 365 to SYSPRO’s award winning ERP software.

We are currently looking to hire a full-time CRM Implementer Consultant to join our team. The role of the CRM Implementer Consultant is responsible for meeting with new clients and reviewing their business processes, documenting the scope and requirements of the customer, re-engineering the client’s processes to improve efficiency, and performing many of the functional tasks required for a successful CRM implementation. The person in this role will also assist with the development and rollout of all the CRM offering from SYSPRO.

The CRM Implementer position is responsible for but not limited to:

  • Meet with prospects and existing customers to understand and document their business processes and requirements
  • Analyze the requirements and provide detailed Fit/Gap reports and solutions design recommendations
  • Craft the MS Dynamics CRM solution for the client and conduct proof of concept sessions in the model environment
  • Conduct in-person and web based end user and administrator training sessions
  • Create estimates for project life-cycle: from Joint Application Design (JAD) through Go-Live
  • Work with resellers and 3rd party vendors to provide complete solutions to clients
  • Develop analytical and insightful recommendations to meet deliverable targets, and complete projects tasks within budget and to customer satisfaction
  • Installation, setup and configuration of MS CRM in hosted and multi-tier on premise environments
  • Data migration from external systems into CRM
  • Deliver presentation to all levels of management

 

Qualification/Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree plus 3-5 years overall CRM experience
  • MS Dynamics CRM experience and experience as a CRM consultant in a client-facing role
  • Experience in manufacturing environments utilizing SYSPRO is a plus; prior ERP and CRM integration experience is preferred
  • Must have hands-on experience in designing, configuring or administering CRM
  • Dynamics CRM: SDK, SQL reporting writing, Outlook client, email router/server-side sync, installation, configuration and customizations
  • MS SQL Server and SSRS reporting services experience
  • Working knowledge of IIS, Outlook configuration, Active Directory, SharePoint, and Office 365 administration

Travel Requirements:

  • Traveling is required 50% of the time
